Control Unit with Joystick

The control unit is used to control the load’s “grip,” “lift,” “lower,” and “release” functions. The joystick is used to switch between these functions. Depending on the position of the lever, a predetermined vacuum level is generated inside the lifting tube. If the joystick is at the top (at the stop), the load is lifted. If it is at the bottom, the system is in the “vented” state (the load is released from the suction cup). There are various height levels between these two positions.

Control Unit with a Rotating Knob

The right-hand rotary control unit is used to control the load’s “grip,” “lift,” and “lower” functions, while the left-hand “brake lever” is used to release the load from the suction cup. The rotary handle allows the load’s position to be maintained by adjusting the rotation angle. Depending on its position, a predetermined vacuum level is generated within the lifting tube, and the load is held at the specified height. Unless the left-hand brake lever is pressed, the load will never suddenly fall from the suction cup.

Soundproof Box

Equipped with a built-in vacuum generator, vacuum pump, and vacuum blower, the unit features a soundproof enclosure that fully encloses the entire machine, meeting environmental standards for sound absorption and noise reduction. It incorporates a built-in forced-air cooling system for efficient heat dissipation, along with an integrated design that protects against dust and splashes, ensuring long-term, reliable operation of precision components.
