Working Principle

The Jingshi Coil Processing Cut-to-Length Line operates through a coordinated sequence of automated processing stages. First, metal coils are loaded onto the loading station and transferred to the decoiler, where the material is continuously unwound under controlled operating conditions.

 

The strip material then enters the precision straightening section. Through repeated bending and correction by multiple leveling rollers, internal stresses, coil set effects, and surface irregularities are effectively removed. The processed material subsequently passes into the servo feeding section, where feeding speed and travel distance are precisely controlled according to preset production parameters.

 

A high-precision measuring system continuously monitors the material position and length during transportation. The cut sheets are transferred through conveying devices and organized by the automatic stacking system.
