Suspended power-assisted manipulator are suspended from the factory ceiling via single-rail, double-rail, or truss tracks, using pneumatic or electric power sources to create a highly efficient system of "aerial transport + precise control." Their biggest advantage is space utilization—the suspension design completely eliminates the limitations of ground layout, track lengths are customizable, and with a moving speed of 0.5-2m/s, long-distance direct transport across areas is achieved, significantly reducing intermediate transfer links. 

In terms of operation, dynamic balancing technology reduces the operating force to ≤5N, allowing easy operation even with a 500kg load, and ±2mm positioning accuracy meets the needs of precision assembly. 

For adaptability, the quick-release end effector can be replaced in 1-3 minutes, compatible with suction cups, clamps, etc., and adaptable to various material shapes. 

Safety features include integrated track anti-detachment and overload protection, with an IP54 protection rating suitable for dusty and oily workshop environments. 

Functionally, they support load suspension fine-tuning, track path planning as needed, and some models are equipped with a status display screen that can monitor parameters such as load and air pressure in real time, providing convenience for equipment maintenance.
